1. Digital Products (e.g., Notion Templates, PDFs)
All digital product sales are final. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions:

If you experience a technical issue accessing the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

In rare cases, if you purchased the same product multiple times by mistake, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Services (e.g., Astrology Readings, Coaching Sessions, Tarot)
We strive to offer meaningful and impactful sessions. If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please reach out within 3 days of your session to share your concerns. While services are generally non-refundable, we offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee, which may include a partial refund, rebooking, or credit toward a future session at our discretion.
All service bookings are non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment.
Missed Appointments:

If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Merchandise (e.g., Clothing, Calendars, Promotional Items)
Merchandise purchased through Acetrology.com may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Conditions:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
